Carrie Radcliff
Carrie is the owner and founder of Carrie Radish Wax Co. This Leo grew up in Dallas but migrated her way up to the suburbs as she became a mother. She has been in the beauty industry for 17 years strong, and even with now a 12 and 10 year old, her growth in this field is absolutely limitless. Carrie’s love for music and pop culture is influenced all throughout the studio so that our clients feel a little more like they’re meeting a friend for a hang, and a little less like they are going in to see a physician. Carrie has been growing her clientele now for well over a decade, & although her schedule has been completely maxed out, she promises to only staff this brand with 5 star employees. This way, she and you both know you may walk IN to see anyone at Carrie Radish Wax Co. and walk OUT with every single expectation met!

Chandi McCright
Meet Chandi! The sweetest ever voice behind our phone and texts! This Libra was born and raised in Tuscan Arizona, and graduated from University of Arizona with a sports and society degree. Her life long love for dance moved her straight to Texas to accomplish her dream in becoming a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader of 6 years! She is currently working for us remote from her home in Tuscan where she takes care of not just our appointment bookings, but also her 6 year old pug named Carl! Chandi is a rockstar at everything she sets her mind to, especially when it comes to being our very own personal assistant. She is always there (remotely) to answer any questions you may have regarding our brand, products, or services provided.

Alex Kiker
Meet Alex! This Gemini was born and raised in Rockwall, Texas. Her beauty journey started when she was 11 years old and diagnosed with Lymphoma Cancer. Unable to go to school throughout chemotherapy, she loved to spend a ton of her free time watching make up tutorials on YouTube & would beg her family members and nurses to let her practice on them! Immediately upon graduating from High School, she enrolled in the Esthetics program at The Dallas Skin Institute, and upon graduating she dove straight into waxing (which made training her with our method a breeze)! Alex has now worked with us for well over a year, giving her more than 2 full years now of experience. Her favorite services to offer are Brow Laminations!

Madison Grimes
Meet Madison! This Capricorn currently resides, and grew up right here in McKinney TX! She fell in love with beauty at the age of 13 years old, and spent nearly all of her free time watching the YouTube channels of some of the biggest influencers in the beauty industry. Upon graduating, (and getting outta High School early) she just knew she wanted to go straight into obtaining her Esthetics license. Madison has now been specializing in waxing for 5 years, and worked for Carrie Radish Wax Co. for all but 1.5 of them!

Sam Paxton
Meet Sam! This Leo grew up just a few zip codes away in Plano, Tx & has been specializing in waxing for almost 5 years now. Fun fact–she actually went to Esthetician school with Madison! She decided to get into skincare/beauty because it’s “one of the few industries where you can completely be yourself while getting to talk to people all day and make them feel confident!” She currently lives in Addison with her boyfriend & her ball python, O’Malley (named after George O’Malley from Grey’s Anatomy.)
