Carrie Radcliff
Carrie is the owner and founder of Carrie Radish Wax Co. This Leo grew up in Dallas but migrated her way up to the suburbs as she became a mother. She has been in the beauty industry now for almost 13 years strong, and her growth in this field is absolutely limitless. Carrie’s love for music and pop culture is influenced all throughout the studio so that our clients feel a little more like they’re meeting a friend for a hang, and a little less like they are going in to see a physician. Her clientele has been growing now for over 7 years, so while her schedule may be too packed to take on new clients, she promises to only staff her company with 5 star employees. This way, she and you both know you may walk in to see anyone at Carrie Radish Wax Co. and walk out with every single expectation met!

Kailey Milner
Kailey is the voice behind the phone and texts. This Gemini was born and raised in Keller Texas, and then moved over to College Station to become an Aggie and graduated with a finance degree. She is currently working for us remote from her home in Dallas where she takes care of not just our appointment bookings, but also her 2 year old baby boy, Pierce. Kailey is a rockstar at both being a mother, along with being our very own personal assistant & is here to answer any questions you may have regarding our brand, products, or services provided.
Current obsessions + Addictions: Her perfect angel baby Pierce, Real Housewives, The Bachelor/Bachelorette (any trash tv really), Trying new restaurants with her hubby, Dance classes, Her Peloton, Thanksgiving, & Schitts Creek.
Madison Grimes
Meet Madison! This Capricorn currently resides, and grew up right here in Mckinney Texas. She fell in love with beauty at the age of 13 years old and spent nearly all her free time watching YouTube videos of big influencers in the industry. Madison decided to go to Esthetician school immediately after graduating high school (early), and how now been a licensed Esthetician solely specializing in waxing for the last two years!

Sam Paxton
Meet Sam! This Leo grew up just a few zip codes away in Plano, Tx & & has been specializing in waxing for almost 3 years now. Fun fact–she actually went to Esthetician school with Madison! She decided to get into skincare/beauty because it’s “one of the few industries where you can completely be yourself while getting to talk to people all day and make them feel confident!” She currently lives in Addison with her boyfriend & her ball python, O’Malley (named after George O’Malley from Grey’s Anatomy.)
